Union Sacre, 'L'Inconnue', 2021

This skin-contact bottling looks exactly like rosé, and presents familiar, if particularly delicious, notes in that vein. Aromas of fresh melon, strawberry and chalk sink into a lovely palate of peach, more melon and tons of texture, proving both juicy and serious at once.
