Applying themselves to their craft daily, with such humility and devotion, to cultivate the truly exceptional, seeking nothing but perfection.
We’ve worked in all areas of liquid luxury for over thirty years. Having held various positions within some of the world’s leading restaurants, hotels, vineyards and wineries. It's given us a unique insight and knowledge into exactly what separates the 'good', from the truly 'great'.
A small team at our core, with a vast network of hundreds of experts in their field, spanning the globe; from California, to Slovakia, South Africa and right here in the UK. From sommeliers & buyers, to independent producers, Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers and beyond. For us, It’s all really about the individual within. We’re fortunate to supply some of the best in their field, whether it be Hawksmoor or The Fat Duck, we’re together on a shared journey to uncover the purist, most authentic, most inaccessible and the most delicious….It’s taken years of getting to this point in our journey. Now, it’s time to share it all, with you, directly.
