From the Macon Villages all the way up to his top wine, this fabulous Pouilly Fuissé, the quality is consistently exceptional year on year, such is his passion and intention to his craft. This wine is aged in large oak barrels, but is not aggressive on the oak, instead there is a real intense uplifting mineral zest undercurrent, with mouthwatering fruit. IT all comes together seamlessly. Ideal with richer fish dishes such as lobster, scallops or with dover sole. This wine will light up the room and be seen off in no time. Often listed at top restaurants including Trishna in Marylebone.
