Voluptuous, full of flavour, mouth coating. One of those wines that feels so generous on the palate and senses.
Blending Grenache, Roussanne and Vermentino is not for the faint hearted…! But you get fresh florals and zesty minerals, gorgeous golden honey fruit, touch of spice and this bright fresh apple and beautiful acidity from the Vermentino.
I cannot recommend this wine highly enough. Stunning with rich, oily fish dishes. Biodynamic, from Chateau La Baronne in the South of France.
